Accelerating Target Account Entry in the Channel

One of the foundational elements of finding leverage in the channel is understanding how to reverse-engineer the deal you’d like to do and work closest to the dollar (CT$). Great sales reps/managers understand this and consistently beat their targets. When they talk about “relationships”, it’s a more holistic understanding of the channel ecosystem that sets them apart.


In this document (below), we’ll briefly outline “how” to leverage the channel to gain the access needed, enable partners to learn inside of an active sales motion, and shorten the time to deal which further encourages partners to bring more opportunities to the table.
